PT. BIRO KALASIFIKASI INDONESIA IMPLEMENTING SELF ASSESSMENT OF GOOD CORPORATE GOVERNANCE (“GCG”) 2014
Indonesia Clasification Bureau (BKI) has conducted an independent assessment (Self Assessment) to GCG implementation based on the recommendation of the Independent Assessor APB Group in accordance letter No.027 / APB / IV / 2013 dated 1 April 2013 on the results of assessment of the application of Corporate Governance both (GCG) at PT.Biro Classification Indonesia (Persero) in 2014 to reach a total score of 92.44 with a qualification “Very Good”. In the perspective of quality management, corporate governance self assessment is one important aspect to achieve continuous improvement (improvement continues). Assessment GCG seeks to “photograph” implementation in PT.Biro Klasifikasi Indonesia (Persero) and set “areas of improvement” so that continuous improvement is expected to occur.
